Wittenberg University Reception for Students & Families

Wittenberg University is hosting an area reception in Chestnut Hill, MA for students and their families. Admitted students and all prospective Wittenberg students are encouraged to attend this event to learn more about the university. All details are below:

Wittenberg Area Reception
For Students and Families

Tuesday, March 5, 2013
7:30-9 p.m.
The Cottage Chestnut Hill
47 Boylston Street, Chestnut Hill, MA 02467

At this reception, students will hear from Wittenberg alumni and current students from the Boston-area, faculty, and administrators. Special Guest, Dr. Dan Fleisch, Wittenberg professor of physics and Ohio Professor of the Year, will give a presentation on “A Student’s Guide to College: Five Ways to Get Ready for College and Five Things to Do When You Get There.”  Dr. Fleisch will give advice on the importance of the student-professor relationship at a student-centered place like Wittenberg.

Dr. Fleisch is also available to meet with students one-on-one before the reception in 20-minute time slots. He will speak to the student’s particular interests and help better prepare the student for the college experience.
