In December, Rebecca Kenney completed the Independent Educational Consultant Certificate Program at the University of California-Irvine, representing 150 hours of evaluated learning.  She was recently approved as a member of the Higher Education Consultants Association and is also an associate member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association.
